In July, after Anthem called Henrico County police on Charlottesville human rights organizer Joe Szakos, who allegedly wanted to ask some questions about the 14 percent spike in premiums his non-profit was paying, it looked like the Richmond-based insurance giant might get trespassing charges to stick.
